Visit their website or go to DHHR to obtain WV Waiver (1-page state application). After completing application the state will send customer a list of providers. Customer cannot proceed without psychologists assesment/evaluation.

Recovery coaching, outpatient, detoxification, public inebriate services, both long and short term residential housing and permanent recovery housing.

*If no ins, they offer WV residents a sliding scale fee. If wanting sliding scale-they will need WV photo ID, proof of house hold income & dependents. Need to be there before 9:00 am
