Utility payment assisatnce, food, and referrals for personal items and clothing. Weatherizing homes to become more energy efficient as well as educate customers in energy saving uses. Assist individuals/families as first time home buyers. Provide free Income Tax preparation and e-filing. Energy Crisis Intervention Program to help alleviate emergency home heating needs. All of these are free and income based eligibility. Fee based service for small repair/renovation/construction projects.
