Closed State and Federal holidays Provides one on one case management to individuals/families to define barriers of their choice that prevents them from being self-sufficient. Utility payment assisatnce, food, and referrals for personal items and clothing. Weatherizing homes to become more energy efficient as well as educate customers in energy saving uses. Assist individuals/families as first time home buyers. Provide free Income Tax preparation and e-filing. Energy Crisis Intervention Program to help alleviate emergency home heating needs. All of these are free and income based eligibility. Fee based service for small repair/renovation/construction projects.

Provides classes for folks who need to study, test and receive their GED. Need prior scores if previously took GED and did not pass.
Ages 16-21 can qualify for youth ready if there is room. Youth ready program set up where they get paid $3/hr for coming to class. Receive increases if TABE scores raise. Receive $50 when they pass GED (Soon to be called high school equivalency.
